- Preparing and submitting billing data and claims to insurance companies.
- Preparing bills and invoices and documenting amounts for the procedures and services.
- Collecting and reviewing referrals and pre-authorizations.
- Posting and following up on denied claims, missed payments, and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Investigating and appealing denied claims.
