- Scheduling appointments

Our VMHAA is the ally for the physician’s back-office end on the daily basis to perform a variety of administrative work. The duties and responsibilities are to keep the documents
organized, maintain files, process patients’ requests, and maintain the financial record system.
Here are some of their duties and responsibilities in this position but not limited to:
- Follow-up denials
- Account receivables
- Process Referrals, Pre-Authorization and Pre-Certification
- Handling correspondence
- Billing and bookkeeping
Our VMB processes and generates claims to submit to insurance companies to obtain payment for mental health services rendered by providers and provider organizations. Our knowledgeable virtual medical biller can optimize revenue performance for the physician practice.
Here are some of the responsibilities of medical billers but not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting billing data and mental health claims to insurance companies.
- Ensuring the patient's information is accurate and up to date.
- Collecting and reviewing referrals and pre-authorizations.
- Posting and following up on denied claims, missed payments, and resolving financial discrepancies.
